Fellowship is a "churchy" sounding word that you may not use very often. However, it's still a good word when you know what it means. Since the earliest days of the church, Christians have shared fellowship. Fellowship means "the shared life." It's all about doing life together.
Our Fellowship Ministry's purpose is to help us all share in the life that God has blessed us with. Church Picnic and other opportunities during the year for getting together.
Also included in this ministry are the Women's and Men's Ministries. The Women's Ministry meets throughout the year for various fun events. The Men's Ministry gets together for different activities throughout the year such as going to sporting events.
Young Families activities - every six weeks or so, the Young Families of the Church take the opportunity of going to a place around Newcastle or Lake Macquarie for a great time with the kids and to enjoy the outdoors. Examples of past activities have been, a Family Ride or Walk, the Steam Trains at Edgeworth.
